By accessing or using mockforgeai.com (the “Service”) operated by MockForge AI (“we”, “our”, or “us”), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the Service.

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

MockForge AI provides an AI-powered mock interview practice platform that allows users to:

• →Conduct simulated technical interviews covering Low-Level Design (LLD), High-Level Design (HLD), and Data Structures & Algorithms (DSA)
• →Receive AI-generated evaluation reports with scores, hiring decisions, and feedback
• →Practice with voice interaction, whiteboard drawing, and code editing tools
• →Review past interview performance on their dashboard

The Service is intended for interview preparation purposes only. Evaluations and hiring decisions generated by the AI are simulated and not indicative of actual hiring outcomes at any company.

You must sign in using a valid Google account to access paid features. By signing in, you represent that:

• →You are at least 18 years of age
• →The information you provide is accurate and current
• →You will maintain the security of your account
• →You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or that we reasonably believe are being used fraudulently.

Access to interview sessions requires payment of the applicable fee at the time of session creation:

• →Easy interviews — ₹249 per session
• →Medium interviews — ₹349 per session
• →Hard interviews — ₹499 per session

Payments are processed securely by Razorpay. By making a payment, you agree to Razorpay's terms of service and privacy policy.

Refund policy: Each paid session grants you access to one AI interview. Once a session is started, the fee is non-refundable. If you experience a technical failure that prevents the session from functioning correctly (e.g., no AI response, audio failure), contact us at vinamra321@gmail.com within 48 hours and we will review your case for a credit or refund at our discretion.

You agree not to:

• →Use the Service to generate content that is illegal, harmful, or offensive
• →Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or extract the AI models or evaluation logic
• →Share, resell, or sublicense access to the Service without our written consent
• →Use automated tools, bots, or scripts to interact with the Service
• →Impersonate another person or entity
• →Attempt to circumvent payment or access controls
• →Upload or transmit malicious code or interfere with the Service's operation

The interview questions, AI responses, evaluation scores, hiring decisions, and feedback generated by the Service are produced by artificial intelligence models. They are provided for educational and practice purposes only.

MockForge AI makes no warranty that AI-generated evaluations are accurate, complete, or reflective of real hiring standards at any company. You should not rely on MockForge evaluations as a definitive assessment of your professional abilities.

The Service, including its design, code, AI prompts, question bank, and branding, is owned by MockForge AI and protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You retain ownership of content you create during sessions (code, diagrams). By using the Service, you grant us a limited licence to store and process that content solely for the purpose of generating your evaluation report.

The Service is provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free of harmful components.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, MockForge AI disclaims all warranties, including implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, MockForge AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of the Service, including but not limited to loss of data, loss of revenue, or loss of goodwill.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising from use of the Service shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the 30 days preceding the claim.

These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising from these Terms or your use of the Service shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in India.

These Terms constitute the entire agreement between you and MockForge AI regarding use of the Service and supersede any prior agreements.
